Compound Collisions Demolition
Posted by: Asdam12
Video duration: 18 seconds
Simple concept, unbelievable result. Unfortunately, I made errors in the visual mesh, so I could effectively use nothing but very basic rendering. Since then I have fixed and optimized the rendering so I can now render much higher quality scenes.

Compound Collisions Chain Simulation
Posted by: Asdam12
Video duration: 13 seconds
This simulation of a chain was made in Blender 2.49a. There are no joints used, only pure rigid body physics.
In case you are wondering about the rendering, I used-
-1280X720 rendering size
-ambient occlusion (default settings)
-Blender sky background (default settings)
-motion blur (16 subsamples, 0.75 fra)

Bigger Building Collapse
Posted by: Asdam12
Video duration: 12 seconds
This video contains an even larger building, made of 1220 rigid bodies (not including the ball that collapses it). No soft shadowing this time, smaller render, but still awesome Ambient Occlusion and Skies.

Blender: Simulated Building Demolition
Posted by: Asdam12
Video duration: 7 seconds
Bullet physics is fun to use, eh? This animation took me about a half-hour to make, total. I just rendered a simplified version, this is not supposed to be anything fancy, just a demonstration.

This is the first malleable metal test uploaded to YouTube.
Video quality, audio, texturing, etc... is not the point of this video.

Thank? you so much. This is the only example I've seen and it takes Blender and turns it into a much more capable engine for destruction sims and such.

Thank you for your compliment and my apologies for taking? so long to get back to you. I'm permanently locked out of my previous channel, and I've relocated to this one. I already have some videos I'll be uploading real soon, and I might be adding a tutorial for this concept as well. If I don't however, I'll be sure to personally message you with an explanation of how to recreate this. Glad you're interested to hear about it :)
