If you have to start over, start over then, as long as you are not giving up. I work from my house so, I am here all day with food, image that girl. But anyway you can do it. I had to post twice because I didn't have enough room. If you need ideals I will be glad to? help I hope you understand my first post.

So yes it was the eating habits. Cut your meal down to smaller portion. For example eat 5 or six small meals a day. Breakfast eat some oatmeal or fruit, the 3 hour later eat a salad then 2 or 3 hours later eat bake chicken and veg. See do you got the ideal. And if you are bored or just feel like snacking eat a handful of nut or grabs some grapes.
