These rescude clips of film were taken by Nigel Kitlar and Peter Price during the 1960s redevelopment work and the 1970s.
Originally taken on 8mm film, we found them on an old video tape and have done our best to improve the quality.
It starts in black and white but soon changes to colour.

The parade held in 1980 to celebrate 200 years of the Sunday School movement. It was found on an old VHS tape but was originally taken from an 8mm film. Almost lost forever.
