Fraps doesn't have a quality setting. My monitor is in 1080p, so when I play? Minecraft, I play in F11 mode, which is full screen. Your PC is better than mine, but mines a laptop, so you should have no problem recording in 1080p, or rendering high resolution videos.

Hmm. I never knew fraps had an option for the quality. If that's what you mean. And I actually do have a good computer so I believe I can record in 1080 . Because I have 8.0 gb of ram, a good graphics? card (don't know name), i5 Intel core, 3.0 ghz

I don't use anything to compress my videos. Each of the Lets plays is? about a gigabyte when its uploaded, so it takes a LONG ASS TIME to upload. As far as the HD goes, I record the game play in 1080p, so its high resolution to begin with (You need to have a fast computer to record in high resolution). Also your editing program matters too. I use Sony Vegas to edit and render my videos, and when I render, Vegas has HD render presets, and I just use those.

If you could, please tell me what you use to compress your videos and how you make the videos in HD? Because if youlook at my videos? , the quality is absolute trash.
