SBS were not 'captured' in Libya, they went to meet rebels to hold talks,once confronted with rebels they were hardly going to shoot the people they ment to meet were they! lol problem was they were carryting multi nationality passports so had to be identified as who they said they were,they went willingly. Navy Seals are the equivilant of the British SBS (Not SAS) Seals and SBS are both martime units,only diffrence is the SBS were around long before the Seals. The SAS are the most copied regiment on earth for good reason,their copied and help set up 27 diffrent countries special forces,including your Delta Force and my Italian parachute regiment. SAS are known to have the longest hardest grueling training on earth,its just a fact.To even TRY selection u have to have had 3yrs in? the military

It was the US,France,Spanish,Dutch & British VS the British in the Revoloutionary War. US's first Army was set up during the Revoloutionary War and it was set up by British troops? who turned on their own country. Plus Britain was fighting 3 other much more important wars at the same time in other parts of the world which had everything to lose and gain. The war with the US didnt have much for the British Empire to gain as it was too young a country. Britain won those 3 other wars.

Navy Seals has a 60-75% fail rate and that is from civilians. the average is 3-5 years of active service to apply to the SAS or SAS then only 95% make it and that leave 200 Recruits and out of that 200 and on avrage again only 6 make it and that is a 97% fail rate. Navy Seals Basic is 28 weeks less than the Royal Marines. After Basic ALL combat forces receive additional training. Even the US army after boot? camp. You are an uninformed child that need to grow up before looking stupid.

Lol and? they train 8 weeks less for basic training and somehow navy seals are powderpuff pussies compared to the SAS? it takes 30 MONTHS for a seal to complete his training and go on his first deployment. Also only 15-20% of SAS get accepted, yet only 10% of seals do. Nice logic? my friend.
