While the mouth contains full sync (albeit in a few mouth shapes as possible) the body is just animated in key poses, thus the jumpy movement. I'm generally not a fan of the entire discipline that is the? very short film, but this--rather than trying to have a plot and failing or just being jarring and nonsensical, like most very short films--is a well-wrought visual poem.
