Archie's 3rd show of the summer. This was the Jr WP class, with only 2 people in it including me...but we won! This is also the first time he's been shown 1-handed, so I was very happy with him. Their cage is really best for sleeping, mostly because they like to be up high so they feel safe from "predators." Mine will lie with me like this and often fall asleep, but I always put him back before I get too sleepy...just in case I would accidentally roll over on him. When he was younger we put a soft fuzzy "blankie" on his cage and he would snuggle next to it while he slept. Now he just chews them though lol How sweet!! By the ... Parrot fundamentalists would insist on the latter, but can the bird safely sleep in a blanketed bed, just as humans do?
