There is one in there that explains how the various HZ levels work, but I'm not sure where it is. If I had more time I'd look for it. But this is a great starting point for understanding. You can wear headphones and meditate in prayer. These sounds are the same hertz that are used in the Solfeggio Harmonics songs used by the monks. :D Enjoy, because they're truly lovely and very healing.
