There are also a lot of Mexican nurses, engineers, and scientists who come here legally. AND? much easier than the uneducated. There are American teachers, missionaries, professors, and anthropologists who work in Mexico. The richest person in the world is Mexican, Carlos Slim. Mexico has a lot going for it. So does the USA.

BUT, all working foreigners are "LEGAL resident aliens," with tremendous health care, pension, and social services benefits, akin to those of citizens. Japan right now has a labor shortage, as family size is decreasing dramatically, so they recruit foreign work.
