SIMILAR INCIDENT HAPPENED ON A TRAIN FROM DEUTSCHE? BAHN (GERMAN RAILWAY) IN GERMANY. THE CONDUCTOR HAD TO LEAVE THE COMPANY. IT IS VERY SIMPLE, NOBODY HAS THE RIGHT TO THROUGH SOMEONE OFF THE TRAIN EXCEPT THE POLICE. THAT IS UNDER EUROPEAN LAW ONLY POSSIBLE, IF THE PERSON IS AN ADULT AND CANNOT PROVE? HIS IDENTITY. IN MY OPINION EVERYONE WATCHING THE VIDEO CAN SEE, THAT THE CONDUCTOR AND THE "BIG MAN" COMPENSATING PRIVATE BITTERNESS WITH AGRESSIVE ACTION AGAINST WEAKER, YOUNGSTERS, ETC. ....

Since this is in? Scotland he would be called a ned. However, he is a uni student he can't exactly be one of those...? The name of this video needs changing

Maybe when you lose a ticket or get it stolen by a pickpocket you'll understand. The existence of tickets at all is a primitive? violence against the facts of human fallibility and objects' losability
By: uqfod. on 18 Dec 11, 09:27:58
erm, how? exactly, because i think that physical abuse isint the answer? how would you feel if your child was physically thrown of the train in such a vile manner. No one knows the circumstances that the boy was under. you are vile for advocating such unnecessary violence.

Ian Hems I just wanna say you're performance on BBC Scotland was fucking CRINGEWORTHY. If you were gonna help Sam out with his fare why didn't you do so ?? You would've prevented the situation from? escalating as it did? and would've prevented that INFAMOUS fud "big-man" from interfering. WHY did you chose to RECORD the dispute and later EXPLOIT it, you trying to come across as a fucking SAINT ??? You should be done for RECORDING people without their consent !!!

the? guy didn't have a ticket and refused to get off, delaying the train, he had a right to kick him off. Maybe when someone is delaying a train you're on and you have to be somewhere at a certain time or just want to get home you'll understand.
By: bettsyboo. on 17 Dec 11, 13:49:40
He was? told over and over to get off. That happens every night in night clubs. These kids have no respect. Its disgusting that you are blameing someone for that.
By: bettsyboo. on 17 Dec 11, 13:47:25
I am so proud of that scottish guy. He had the courage to stand up to that little shit who was so rude and foul? refusing to move for the elderly ticket collector that it makes you have faith that there are still some good people in this country who will stand up to these horrible children that exist in this dole dossing country today. Shame on the lot of you. Probably at home scroungeing aswell.

Your an? absolute idiot.
By: bettsyboo. on 17 Dec 11, 13:43:49
If he had done that you your child? Your child should not be acting like that in the first place not paying then refusing to move. That man? was not a bully or a thug. He was sticking up for that man - as usual the teenagers today know there are no consequences for their actions. You lot are disgusting and he did the right thing.

the violent guy was totally in the wrong, it had nothing to do with him. Not once did the kid get physically aggressive so there was no need? to chuck him off the train in such a violent manner. Yes, the kid was in the wrong, but remember he was a kid. The man just made himself look like a violent bully. Someone should have had a word with the kid, not chuck him in such a violent manner. The real hero here is the guy that got off the train with the kid and stopped the thug being a thug.

also lets stop calling? him a 'chav'. There's nothing about him that suggests he is one, especially is extremely unchavvy hat
By: nina5682. on 16 Dec 11, 13:58:24
The big? guy was in the wrong. The situation had nothing to do with him first of all, and secondly the lad is less than half his size. He was far too rough. We're talking about a bloody train ticket here, lets get some perspective. For all those saying the lad was swearing in front of kids- true. But i can guarantee that seeing him violently kicked off a train will have made much more of an impression. If someone ever tried to put their hands on me like that Id sue them in a heartbeat

Someone actually carried his bag and through it out with him. Just? re-watch it.
By: HollyLouiseFinch. on 16 Dec 11, 01:07:10
sorry, but he can't blame his diabetes on all of this. fair enough that his bag got left behind with his insulin in it, but we shouldn't be using it as an excuse. this disgusts me as i'd never use my diabetes as an excuse for everyone to feel sorry for me. simple, you? go to a pharmacy and ask for an emergency supply! don't feel sorry for him because he has diabetes. us diabetics have to learn to beat it one day! i've just turned 18 and if he didnt want to get kicked off that train, he should h

I dont like chavs but the fat bastard had no right to do that - the guy was a cock and should have been nicked for assult, shits like that are whats wrong with the public - fine if the guy had been a cock and was kicking off but he wasnt - the big guy was being a prick and? a big bastard bully
By: martinjbell. on 15 Dec 11, 23:42:51
the guy doesn't have the right to be on the train in the? first place...also simple.
By: MovieFestival96. on 15 Dec 11, 23:28:08
i bet you if he was wearing a suit and tie, he would of been allowed? to stay...
By: Archiejscott. on 15 Dec 11, 22:36:41
I can see both sides of the argument but what is clear in these? comments is the huge amount of people who are against anyone younger them. So many people are generalising against teenagers - We do not all commit crimes as many comments seem to suggest.

By: tombalabombification. on 15 Dec 11, 20:01:22
