My sets I can usually go for 8 but will settle for 6 or MAYBE 5 if I'm going heavier or trying to move up. Would it be a good idea to use the same weight until i get to lets say, 10, which means I got stronger, and then know to move up... like make it a routine every time I can hit ten on a weight I move up and so on and then goes the same when i hit ten on THAT weight a? couple weeks later or whenever I can...?

I'm not the one to talk because I'm fifteen and have? only worked out CONSISTENTLY since the end of this past summer. But when you talked about concentrating with patience instead of trying to cram in 15 pounds in a couple months.... If you're serious about workin' out I wouldnt want to do that anyway because not only is it not to good on your body but isnt it better to aquire the strength over a long time instead of in one sitting bc it seems like 15 pounds a month is fake only for movie stars

Hey jimmy, i have? 18years old and i go to the gym for about 2 years now. At first I started with some easy workouts to get my body to get used to the muscle lifting, because i am a skinny guy. 6 months ago i started to lift heavy and to more intense workouts, and i also started to take protein shakes after my workouts. I was thinking of start to take Creatine, if you could message me some tips on how to take it, and for how long. People say once you stop you WILL lose weight. Thank u, grt vids

Hey man, quick question, i do push ups and i get fatigued before i even feel any type of burn or anything. I have tried doing them slowly, but its still the same. I do see muscle growth but i feel like it should be a little faster? than its been. Any suggestions? Maybe im doing it right and just over thinking it, but any suggestions would be helpful, thanks.
